Subject: Repairs and Out of Warranty changes
Effective 2/01/2009, AMETEK NCC will no longer exchange out of warranty standalone cooking computers and timers.
AMETEK NCC will continue to offer repair service for the above mentioned products for out of warranty repairs1. Repairs will be completed and your timer returned to you within five to ten business days from the day of receipt.
You may choose to have your timer repaired or have the option to purchase from AMETEK NCC a brand new replacement timer at a 12% discount from your contracted price. The promotional 12% discount will be offered through June 30th, 2009.

[1]Products still within the 1 year warranty will be repaired/replaced free of charge. Out of warranty repairs will be subject to an 18% increase in repair service.
